City of Fresno T-4 Tank and Booster Pump Station | Fresno, Ca

This project consists of the design and construction of a 3‐MG AWWA D110, Type 1, prestressed concrete potable water storage tank and booster pump station, complete with all connections to and from the distribution main located within H Street in downtown Fresno. As part of this project, the City is also constructing site piping for future domestic water supply wells, booster station bypass, future on‐site Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) vessels, and tank overflow and drain, a CMU operations building to house the booster pumps, chlorination equipment, future fluoride treatment, office, laboratory, restroom, electrical room, and future GAC vessels, instrumentation and control systems complete with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical interfaced with the City’s existing SCADA system and an emergency power diesel generator.

Additional elements of this project included a hydropneumatic tank, and both on and off‐site improvements including grading, curb, gutter, sidewalk, sewer and water piping, storm drain system, paving, fencing, landscaping/irrigation, and site security system.
