Dover Elementary School Phased Replacement Project | San Pablo, Ca

As a part of the West Contra Costa Unified School District’s new construction, modernization, and renovation bond program, the Dover Elementary School was entirely transformed with a $23M, phased replacement project.

The improvements included the following:

  • Phased demolition of existing campus
  • Corresponding phased construction of a new campus that includes one 2-story classroom building, one 1-story classroom building, a multipurpose building, play yards, play field, parking, and drop off area.
