MEASURE G, E, AND I BOND PROGRAMS | SAN JOSE, CA

SGI is the program manager for East Side Union High School District’s $298 million Measure G, $349 million Measure E, and $120 million Measure I bond programs. SGI performs program management services for the district’s 11 traditional high schools, five alternative education facilities, five charter school facilities and two adult education campuses, in which the majority of the projects are comprised of new building construction, classroom modernization, and athletic facilities.

SGI’s program controls ensure the projects adhere to the strict accountability requirements, including independent citizen oversight and annual audits, to guarantee improvements specified in the district’s facilities master plan are completed efficiently and as promised.

Work includes, but is not limited to: bond website development and maintenance, financial reports, site tours, annual report coordination, production and distribution, business outreach, communication plan development and implementation, and project status reports. In partnership with the District, these programs are modernizing and building new facilities at all of the District’s School Sites:
