Ford Elementary School Replacement Project | Richmond, Ca

As a part of the West Contra Costa Unified School District’s new construction, modernization, and renovation bond program, the Ford Elementary School was entirely transformed with a $19M replacement project.

The improvements included the following:

  • Complete demolition of the existing campus
  • Construction of new two-story campus (after demolition of existing campus)
  • Site work included staff parking, play yard, play field, and community garden.
