Building 500 – New Two Story Classroom | San Jose, Ca

SGI provided program, project, and construction management services for this new two story classroom for East Side Union High School District’s James Lick Campus. The project scope included the demolition of existing paving and landscape features, including planters, site walls, fencing, and turnaround canopy. All of this was done in preparation of the construction for the new fully sprinklered two-story classroom building with related plaza spaces, adjacent parking, and new canopy over the turnaround area.

This new building was constructed to accommodate eight general education classrooms, three technology laboratory classrooms, staff/department office areas, and student and staff restrooms. All classrooms are equipped with the latest technology to maximize learning opportunities for students.
